I entered the work force straight from highschool as member of the hospitality industry, working in high-end restaurants and hotels. That was fun for a time, but not how I envisioned my whole career. I have always been a thinker, reluctant to accept things as they are simply because that's how they always have been, and I have had a passion for health, welness, and self-development since I was a teen.

I actually first had the idea for The Mindful Human project while I was still managing restaurants, but my ideas weren't refined enough and I had no credentials to match. This led me on a journey of exploration, experimenting with a variety of career options whilst transitioning out of the hospitality industry.
